Racism is more of an attitude(one race is superior) while discrimination is actions based on that attitude for ex. not letting a latino person apply to a job because you think they are unfit to work there and it's populated by more whites. There's also PREJUDICE which can be mixed up with these two which is the belief...for example...all asians are bad drivers or all blacks live in the ghetto!! BUT IM GLAD YOURE ASKING TO KNOW MORE ABOUT Different things...this is a start...if everyone started asking more questions and listening...then the world wouldn't be such a bad place!!

Racism is discrimination based on Race, Discrimination is unfair actions against an individual or group.

Racism is a belief, where inherent biological differences;among the various human races; determine they are superior , and has the right to rule others. also a preference 4 ones own ethnic group-----

Discrimination ( which is a close relative )---is to make distinction
between people on the basis of class or category without regard
to ones metit.---ex.--including: racial,religious,sexual,disability,ethnic,& age-related.

My humble opinion is that racism is the feeling and discrimination would be the action taken in response to that emotion.
