I've lost 60 lbs since February of 2006 and I can tell you that you WILL lose this weight just not in 9 months. How?

Cut out white starches and sugars. Eat fresh foods like apples and salads but cut out salad dressings that contain sugar. Avoiding white sugars, flour and starches will do several things. It'll force you to eat healthy and you will feel great! White flour and processed sugar triggers your body into a blood sugar tail spin. Soon after eating you feel hungry again because your blood sugar levels are unstable. So break this cycle and you will find yourself eating less. It will work. Combine this with 30 minutes a day of walking and you will see a healthy difference that will keep the weight off. Yet you will still be getting enough good food to keep growing and stay healthy.

Reasons to do this slowly: 1. If you lose it quickly your skin will sag and your belly and thighs will be baggy. Losing weight gradually lets your body readjust. Otherwise the only way to tighten your skin is through dangerous surgery you don't want.

2. This isn't a diet, but a new lifestyle!

You CAN do this, because I did it. I have changed my life for the better. I was diabetic and miserable. Now I smile for pictures and have a boyfriend.

Walk more; and look at the labels, take the recommended amount of food, and make sure it isn't just sugar and fat.
If or when you watch the television; don't just sit down, stand up and wiggle about ever so often. And don't just change the channel when there is a commercial, get up for four minutes and come back to the show or movie.

just try and go out for a daily walk. otherwise theres lots of exercises you can do at home. Or even go out and buy a yoga/pilaties dvd or video to follow along with. They work extreamly well. Also, say bye-bye to pop. Stick with water and skim milk. Perhaps take a hobby up like skiing? It deffinately burns calories.

Just start walking. Don't do anything to strenuous. Start off with just a little more than you do now and work your way up.

stop eating, a good case of anorexia or bulemia is just what you need. Also have you thought about the benefits of being in a coma?
