Well I personally believe it is possible to be with someone for the rest of your life but it takes a lot of hard work, patience and love to do that. At the beginning of a married life everything is smooth sailing because it's all new and fun for both sides. But after a couple of years if you don't work to keep the fire burning or to keep being nice to each other the relationship will come to an end. It's smart to put time aside that you spend together like ever week or something and it's also a good idea to make promises to each other for example when we fight we won't use any bad words.

yes but it depends upon a lot of things. Firstly if you are secure enough in who you are when you meet this person and of course if they are as well. What happens in a lot of relationships is that one person grows and changes and the other person doesn't catch up. I hate to say that you can't find someone when you are young and stay together forever because some people are ready when they are young, most aren't. I think the biggest factor is for both people to be ready for each other. It is timing and ultimately karma.

Yes, it is possible. Look at people who fell in love in high school and have been married forever. If it's truly love, I do honestly believe someone can be satisfied with just their significant other.

Yes my grandmother to this day is so proud that my grandfather was her first and her last.
I've only slept with one other man other than my current fiance and I am content with him being my last.

I think it could happen if you can find a person that is honest and does not cheat.
