I shall assume that you mean your eyelid, not your eye. Right?
Rule no. 1: Don't squeeze it.
Rule no. 2: Hot compresses 4 times a day. Use a washcloth. Get it as hot as you can stand. Hold it on your closed eye until it cools off.
That's basically waht cures a sty.

Sounds like a sty. Use warm, damp compresses. I used to work for an eye doctor and he recommended warm damp washcloths on them. Its a fluid filled pore that looks and feels like a pimple.

Try some sort of cream for it. DON'T try to pop it; the stuff inside will sperad and more pimples will come on your eyelid!

It is not a pimple, it is an infection. If it is on the eye, not the lid, you could have an infected scratch. Call your doctors office NOW, ask to speak with a doctor on call, follow their recommendations.

You're talking about the skin around your eye, aren't you? Like the lid or the inside top or bottom edge of the lid's flesh (the parts that contact when you blink)? Or do you have a bump on your sclera (the white portion of your eyeball)? I know you don't have one on the iris, that's jes' plain CRAZYTALK.

If its right on the rim, it may be an ingrown eyelash, don't pick at it, you'll get an infection.
Put ice in a plastic bag, cover it with a towel and lay it on the spot to reduce pain.

A pimple on your eye? It's probably a sty... not too sure how to speed up the healling proccess... check the net.

it's a sty- run a tea bag under warmish hot water and lay it over ur closed eye on ur "pimple". repeat every 2 ghors OR AS NEEDED

if its on your eyelid, then it's a whitehead.
