I always listen to my intuition. I also say a blessing every morning with my sons to ask the Goddess/God to protect us while we are apart and bless our family far away.

Every Wiccan is different. I believe in intuition, but not Divine protection throughout the day.

Wiccan beliefs can vary. That is something I love about it. Yes, many Wiccans do believe in intuition. Many of us also believe that you can be protected by the Divine throughout the day; especially since we believe that the Divine is in everything.

Blessed Be.

I'm not Wiccan at this time, more of a generic panthiest pagan, but I've been Wiccan so I can answer. Intuition is one of the many ways that the Divine protects us. We need only trust and folllow this intuition. Too often people ignore their intuition, saying, "I'm just being paranoid". No!! Paranoia is NOT simply a state of over-cautiousness. It is a rare and serious mental illness involving delusions of grandeur and persecution. Intuition is not a mental illness. It's a tool of survival, and a gift of the Goddess.

I'm neo-pagan but not Wiccan. Yes, I have intuition but it would help if I listened to it a little more. I definitely feel protected by my deities. It isn't something that I ask for or really do anything to cause it to happen. I just figure that I honor my deities every day and praise them. I do it out of love. Perhaps protection is the by product, I don't know. But I'm one of those people who seldom worries about anything because things usually turn out just fine with a few blessings on the way.

A little bit of both, though not so much on the Divine protecting them. The God and Goddess in Wiccan thought are not babysitters who mean nothing but the best for them...They are not there to hold the Wiccan's hand or kiss their booboos. Some Wiccans do, however, pray to them and ask Them for guidance, not necessarily protection though.

Certainly. Most people believe in intuition. But as for being protected by a Deity all the time? Generally not. We don't need any Deity constantly hovering over our shoulder 24 hours a day. I'm sure She would get extremely bored. Not to mention making me paranoid. When we need help, we ask. Or if we just wish to say hi, we do so.

Well, many Pagans rely on our intuitions....but several depend not so much on Divine Protection as Divine Guidance.

Probably because many of us have a different perspective on 'risk', 'danger', 'harm', and 'protection'.

In my worldview for example, things that most people would consider detrimental I know that I have manifested as challenges that meet my 'vibration' at that time - - - being protected from them would derail my facing of that challenge at that time, leaving me stuck in that vibration, and I would only have to face a similar challenge again later. With guidance however, I am able to understand how and when and why I mainifested these challenges, and how best to face them right now.

But everyone's perspective is unique.......

all of us comprehend that the divine is the spirit that led to all of advent and we personified it as a results of fact the Goddess and the God. you're extremely improper once you're saying that the sunlight IS the God and that the moon IS the Goddess. they're the two symbols of the Goddess and the God, even inspite of the shown fact that it somewhat is like asserting that Jesus IS a bypass. :) the final factor of Wicca is that human beings have faith all different issues. some human beings have faith that the Goddess and the God created us. some human beings have faith that the Goddess and the God are personifications of the divine. some human beings have faith that the God is unimportant. there isn't any regulations, not something to maintain on with. you have faith what you want to have faith, yet maximum folk do lots of examine (like, years worth) in the previous picking what they suspect. additionally, we've an instantaneous touch with the Goddess and the God. they are not unreachable. they're there with us and in us, and in each and every thing and each physique around us.
