Max weight for 5'10" in the military is 192, or a body fat percentage below a certain point. I know because I was always over the weight limit, but under the bodyfat percentage. I would say for 5'9" it is around 187 or so. Obviously, if you are considered overweight, but it is due to weightlifting, then they use the bodyfat index. If I remember correctly, it was about 5lbs. per inch. I don't remember the bodyfat percentages unfortunately. Your local recruiter would be able to get you that information.

5 9 well you cant fly a plane but obviously you cant be overweight
