Jesus experienced human indignity. The sacrifice of HIS life, the crowning of thorns and the burden of the cross.
Betrayal, imprisonment, ridicule and poverty all denote the human experience of life for those less fortunate. Jesus experienced all of that and more.............
Jesus is known and written as the Savior of mankind. How would he be proclaimed Savior of the world? Had he not been defined as such?
His children, the Apostles, were children of GOD. Who was it that first betrayed HIM? A child of God! Judas.
Judas, a devoted follower, gave up Christ to Pilate. He gave Christ the kiss of death.
There has been no greater degree of disloyalty than Judas, a child of GOD.
Jesus suffered the experience of all mankind.

The biggest dilemma of atheists is that they cannot accept Christs divinity, conversely the biggest dilemma of the Believer is that he cannot accept Christs humanity( in terms of being human).
Christ was a living breathing man, he was born of women , he suffered pain and torture and he had feelings such as anger, rage, temptation, and compassion. These are all expressed well in the bible.
By being able to feel and express in these ways does show he was having a human experience.
The reality is that Christ was a man in every sense, the question of his divinity did not arise till well after his death when it was put to a vote at the council of Nicea.
After winning his divinity by a narrow margin the books that would support that position where also voted on , this is how the books that make up the bible where decided on.
There is no doubt that he was married and he would have also fathered children, his rank and position in society could not have been achieved with out doing so.
He definitely had partaken of the Human experience.

Well written. Part of Jesus' mission was to have the human experience - which he did. Sin, kids, and guilt were not in the original plan cf. Eden. Anger appears to be a divine attribute as well given the plans for hell. Jesus got angry several times you notice.

From God's perspective the human experience is to have a mortal body, to live and overcome imperfections and sins as we are tempted and tried by the devil. No one but Jesus actually overcame them all, as all of us gave in at one point of another. So in effect Jesus had the perfect human experience. We on the other hand had the flawed human experience.
Look at it this way, when someone takes a test in math class and gets a perfect score does that mean they didn't take the same test as everyone else?

He had the whole human experience, but I didn't think the gospels and the powers that be wanted to show that. If they did, they would have written "Jesus went to the toilet, all was good and the angels rejoiced that he pinched off a loaf" or Jesus made love with Mary Magdeline.
Those things weren't relevant to what the Bible's trying to teach us.

Jesus was here just for that reason, thats why he understands temptation...He was tempted in every area but yet without sin.He was attack every day by his children,we(man) are his children they spat upon him, made fun of him,and finally put him to death. His disciples even in his last hour would not even stay awake and pray with him.His children are US and we disappoint him every day. This world is a awful mess, rape, murder, you name it and it is a committed by his children(us)..He loves us more than we love our children because we are not capable of having the love that Jesus has for his children...The Bible tells us he was tempted in ALL ways but yet without sin...Anyone that has children should take a look at their children and how they do things that hurt us,and think of our Lord and we hurt him every day.....

Jesus is the word of God come to us in the flesh.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
He was tempted with all human temptations by satan and stood on the word of God and resisted temptation, because Jesus is the son of God and was and is with out sin, and remained with out sin. He had to be with out sin because He was the ultimate Lamb of God sacrificed for our sinis on the cross.

We're ALL his children and He made ultimate sacrifice by suffering and dying for us. He felt the burden of our guilt on the cross as He took on our sins. He saw many others suffering as well and it touched Him. He performed many miracles, gave people the most important advice of their lives and helped them in many ways.

He went through all of that on the cross. Jesus was tempted just like everyone, he just didn't let it get to him. Mary was human so he did have the feelings of being human just not the sinning part. But he was tortured on the cross with those feelings. Yes it makes sense to me.
