try to be alone, stand really close... I mean really close, just to where your cloths are just about to touch his, being this close he can get a wiff of your purfume, ... corner the poor kid..... he will be peeing down one leg about this time but don't let that stop you..(ever so slightly, pause as he will look around to figure out how too get away) so.. look right into his eyes and hold him captive in this gaze... and ever so softly say, "Hi" so close too him that he can feel the softness of your breath on his lips...
he will then either A.) get the hint and meet you half way for a kiss.. so help him out at this point... or B.) have too change his underwear...

a first kiss with a gie is the best moment you will have just wait for him to do it and if it takes to long then after a date when he drops you off and walks you to the door tell him bye and then say waite i had a nice time and then lay it on him he will be happy after you do

get close to im, maybe he wi;l; amke the first move. Tr this at the move, and waqit for the time to get close to hime to kiss him. Close your eyes thought.

i was in the same situation not 2 long ago..... just kiss him.... serioiusly just kiss him.... go 4 it. does he know u hav never been kissed? well dont rush it... let it come naturally.... it will be more special that way..... trust me. my bf ended up kissin me first.... n im glad.... cuz it was unexpected... simply amamzin.... but u can either wait or go 4 it urself....

well, me and my girlfriend (first for both basically) were really shy, and we just talked about.... and we said "ok we are going to kiss now" and we did it
but it depends on how open you two are
