Poor circulation can do it... it would most likely be in your feet too though. I have Raynaud's... cold all the time.

All the time? For me it was Hypothyroid (body doesn't product enough thyroid hormone).

Some of the symptoms mentioned are only in severe cases. My doctor also mentioned slow healing and low immune system as symptoms (since I was hospitalized for a bad infection that got into a bug bite). It would take a week or more to heal a paper-cut, which normally heals in 3 days.
