I bought the Left Behind game and I know my pc meets the system requirements. The instructions said to put the cd(there are two, it didn't say which, so I tried each of the following methods with both) into the drive and the setup would appear. It said if they didn't(and it didn't) then to click start, run and type D:\setup.exe. I did. I also tried C:\setup.exe. I tried clicking on computer and the cd drive. The computer is acting as if I put a blank cd in the drive. This game cost too much for me to throw away, and now that I have opened it, it can't be returned. PLEASE PLEASE HELP. How do I open the installation setup on this thing, so I can install it???? I appreciate it!

See if it can run on another computer. And you should be able to take it back to the store if it isnt' working and return it for the same item without being charged. Good luck. Happy New YEar.

What you need to do is look at the box or manual that came with the game. If they recommend Windows 95 and you are running Windows XP chances are you will not be able to run the game due to lack of support.

If game supports Windows 2000 (close enough to XP) try this.
Go into my computer, right click on drive and select copy.
Make folder on desktop, open folder and right click and paste.

Then after it (hopefully) copies look for setup.exe and run it.

It be that your drive is a little confused.

Hopefully this will help in your game.

Use disc 1 for starting installation. Sometimes my cd-rom will encountered the same problem(disc cannot load). Try to sweep your disc surface, or just use another cd-rom to install your program.
