Cause may be one of many things. Go to see a dentist.

You may have gum disease. There are several causes of gum disease but the most common cause is that you are not cleaning the plaque and build-up off of your teeth and bacteria are gathering. The bacteria are infecting your gums (causing the to bleed) and producing by-products and chemicals (their wastes) that make your break smell bad.

1. brush 2-3 times per day
2. Floss 3-5 times per week
3. Get your teeth cleaned and examined by a dentist and dental hygienist.
4. Keep getting your teeth checked every 6 months or so to keep the teeth clean and healthy.

probably just a sign that you aren't caring for your teeth the way you should.

go to the dentist and ask what they suggest. probably more brushing or using a different (maybe harder) toothbrush and brushing your gums. you definitely need to floss.

you can get gingavitis if you aren't careful but your body is great at giving your warning signs.

take care! SD
