My grandma is 72 and she has NO gray hair (can you believe it?). She hates hair dye and has never dyed her hair. All my other relatives are jealous!

It is possible, I worked in a nursing home and I have for about 20 years and we had 1 patient during that time that was pretty old I am guessing late 70's and she had dark hair and it had never been dyed according to her and her family. She is the only person I know that had that happen, she was hispanic (if that makes a difference)

Yes I knew a guy who had black hair, quite young looking but the sides were gray. He was only around 30, maybe a little older.

Ovbiously it's possilbe if they die it. Now if you are talking naturally, it is possible for people to not have much gray hair, but I'm not sure it is possible to have absolutely no gray hair. My grandmother lived to the age of 83 and still had dark (black) hair until she died. Yes she had some gray hair, but not all that much.

Yes, the bald people!

Also, seriously, some people go grey in their twenties, like my husband and a few girlfriends of mine, and some .... My dad was 66 when he died and had maybe 2 grey hairs. My husband was always astounded. (And yes, we know for sure he didn't dye his hair, especially at the end he was very ill, and couldn't have managed it anyhow.)
Right now, I am 47 without any grey - we'll see how long genetics works for me.

I know bald people who would gladly have gray hair! Both my fortyish brothers are balding and gray, I still have a full head and although it is more bronze than Carrot now it is definitely not GRAY!

YES I've seen it on TV. You can wash that gray right out of your hair.

Absolutely. My father is presently 81 years old. His hair is jet black and there is not one single white hair. He never dyed his hair in his life.
Unfortunately I did not get that gene.
