If you don't like the guy you're with, it's not fair to him to keep the relationship going. Feelings should be mutual. Why are you wasting his time and feelings when you're not interested? If you like someone else you should try and develop a relationship with them and work out your problems.

Sigh, ive been in this situation with an ex gf and current gf that i had at one point. Heres the deal, you are in a sense mentally cheating on your current bf by still wanting your ex. It seems to me that you need to do what I did. Be single for awhile get comfortable with how you feel about yourself and the ones you care about, and when you can honestly say to yourself that you do no want to be with your ex anymore then you are good to go. Tell the current bf that you just cant be in a relationship right now and really just need time to be single. If he is the nice guy you say he is he will understand. Otherwise you will end up hurting him and yourself in the long run by not knowing how you feel.

Great that he is truthful and nice but if he doesn't talk to you, what is the relationship? If you aren't comfortable, then you need to talk with him about it and/or move on.

Concerning the ex - the best thing to do with him is probably to keep him as a friend. The kind you can talk to but just don't date. If he lies to you, there is no truth, trust, or honesty. Without that - a true relationship cannot exist. Usually, there are exceptions, the spots don't' change.

Good luck.

I think you should break up with the new guy your goin with cuz he won't do it, however the way your telling the story the other one won't do it either cuz seems to me like hes only playing with you so my advice to you would be none of them just look for another one who you will feel comfortable with and is nice and truthful as the new guy

Don't stay with someone who you obviously are not comfortable with ( your present boyfriend ). If your ex is still available then why not give it another try. If he still lies to you then you'll know that he was never for you and break it off with him too. At least you'll get closure with him. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Move on to someone who you are really interested in.

nothing if he wanted to be your boyfriend he would be I think he likes having you on a string he knows that all he has to do is say the word and you would dump the guy your with . How would you like it if your boyfriend was talking to his ex about his personal things?? Leave your ex where he belongs in the past and work on your relationship with the nice guy .

Sounds like you are attracted to the "bad boy." Be honest with the guy your with. You don't have to tell him about your ex but let him know that you feel like he's not talking to you and stuff. Give him a chance. As for the other one, you already tried it once and it didn't work. Don't put yourself through it again.

hey, he is your ex, remember why. I dont know why you are with some guy you dont feel comfortable with, that seems kinda sad. Either bring the relationship to a higher level and start communicating or leave before everyone gets hurt dont just use the guy.

If you don't feel comfortable with your current boyfriend, break it off with him. However, in regards to your ex, just remember that there was a reason you two ended it in the first place, so I don't think it will work out in the end.

The truthful nice guy doesn't talk...then how do you know he's truthful and nice ???
The ex is a hot liar...hhhhmmmm....(and you tell him EVERYTHING ???) How do you know he's not telling eveyone he knows all about you, behind your back ???
I think you need to seek some new friends....if you need someone to talk to because you're having problems, see a therapist or someone qualified to help you. Not the liar or the silent guy...
