Me and my girlfriend have been dating for a little more than 8 months now. Within the past 4 days everything is going downhill, snowball effect style. How do I stop it before it all comes crashing down?

Talk about it with her and don't allow it to go down any further. If you really like her then be honest and stop whatever it is that is making it go downhill. It won't stop unless you two discuss it though. Good Luck '-)

it might be risky, and led to fillout break up... but ask her if it would be a good idea to quit talking for a few days to cool down?

but of course we dont know what exactly is wrong so

but take away the ice (communication) and that should stop it

Do something out of the ordinary & romantic.
ie....Have flowers, horsderves, soft music by candlelight waiting for her when she gets off work.
or;
Take for a drive somewhere scenic and have dinner at an upscale rural restaurant.
Do something different in the bedroom if that has become.......Predictable
It's always a treat for me when my hubby treats me like that
