ok so i was at a party with my bf,and every thing was really good, so my older brother Ofunlo was going to pick me up from my bf's house.my bf's parents wernt home and we were kissing and i told him to stop(he was taking off his cloths) i told him i didnt wanna have sex, he wouldnt stop then he held me down and took off my cloths and then did what he wanted then he stoped because my brother called and said he was driving up his street, and i was so scared and i'm afraid to tell my brother( i live with him, my parents are dead) im 15 and my brother is 23 and my bf is 17, should i tell him and if i do how do i tell him, i dont know if he used a condom or not, and i was a virgin and i'm really scared because i know if my brother finds out he's gonna kill boy that and i'm afraid that i'm pregnant, he told me that if i ell any body he would do it again then kill me, im just really scared....please help me and i dont need the people who like to make people in situations like this to make....

my brother does have a gf(she'll tell him). i am just way to sared to tell Ofunlo(my brother) he would go crazy and he's one of those people when its like once they get statred they never quit and dont listen to anybody else, do you think i would beable to talk to one of the tribe shawmans,how woukd he be charged, what i mean is would he go to jail?

First of all NO MEANS NO!! If he held you down and took your clothes off, he raped you. If you feel like your brother would lose control,talk to someone else. You need to report this to a authority,and get a pregnancy test. He's threatening you ,because he knows what he did was illegal.He wants to intimidate you into fear. If you allow him to do this,it will affect you with every other relationship you have.You did nothing wrong.Be strong have someone you trust with you and report him to the police.You will have people behind you.Good luck.

yes you should tell someone. he raped you and he is just trying to threaten you by saying all of those things... he's not going to kill you. guys say things like that to threaten you and make you scared. do you love this boy? did u feel violated? are u really unhappy? if so- then that means you DIDNT want to have sex w/ him and that he went against your wishes.
please please tell your brother or call the police. this loser doesnt deserve to be your boyfriend. definitely call it quits. and go get a pregnancy test to make sure you arent pregnant.

umm i think you are old enough to do the right thing - you should call 911 and tell them and get a restraining order againist him and tell your brother and if he realy liked you he wouldve stopped when you said stop and go to a hospital and check if your pregant

you need to talk to an adult you trust now. a co-worker? friend? aunt? call them and tell them if you feel comfortable. you need to stay away from this b/f (he should have stopped when you said no) and if you trust and are close enough to your brother, talk to him ASAP. there are things you can do right now to prevent a pregnancy. Does you brother have a g/f? talk to her. Please tell someone ASAP
