he always calls me BUT, when i call him he doesnt seem interested and it seems like he doesnt want to talk to me.

You have not provided sufficient information to make an analysis. Maybe he is always busy when you call? You need to decide yourself. Perhaps ask him the next time he calls what his intentions are.

Follow your gut instinct here - you say it yourself when you say he doesn't seem interested. Appears to me like he only wants to talk to you when it suits him, but then again, I can be cynical and it IS true that many guys are not comfortable with the telephone as a ways of communication. Best thing to do - ask him outright if he minds you calling him and hope for an honest answer. Good luck !!

He likes to be the man in the relationship. What I think is don't call him wait for him to call you. If he calls you mad saying you don't never call me. Cuss him out. Do your thing girl.

NO. Talk to him and ask him why he does that ? if he don't give you a straight answer then drop him.
