Wasn't aware there was a requirement for an individual to have heath to be in the Air Force-----I know several people who are in that branch of the service that I am almost sure do not own land !!
Now, Health---they expect that you be in good pyshical condition and able to pass normal examination procedures and have a medical history with no heavy duty entries there !!

Just couldn't let the HEATH thing get by me---I'm just that kind of guy !!!!

Do you mean Height or Health? I had a troop that was 4'10". So if you're over that you should be good to go. Some jobs have height restrictions, but if you're over 5' tall you shouldn't have a problem.

According to a website i checked out the limits are as follows:

The cause for rejection for Armed Forces male applicants is height less than 60 inches or more than 80 inches. The cause for rejection for Armed Forces female applicants is height less than 58 inches or more than 80 inches. The Marines are more restrictive. For the Marines, height standards for male applicants range from 58 to 78 inches. Height standards for female applicants range from 58 to 72 inches.

Whatever you meant, you should find the answers here:http://usmilitary.about.com/od/joiningthemilitary/a/enlstandards2_4.htm

Or ask a recruiter

one important thing that no one seems to have touched on is that if ou are joining the airforce you canot have had lasic eye surgery. This is because the g's undergone can detatch the flap from the treatment. however, sometimes there have been allowances of those with NON LASER eye surgery.
