What can it be? I'm using vaseline but nothings happening?

this is often an issue of either an allergic reaction, or that of a weather change, usually colder. it may also have been from windburn. basically, keep some chapstick on you, and don't lick them. beyond that, there's nothing else to do unless you feel it's a bigger threat...then go to your doctor.
