maybe to come and work, thats something, that doesnt bother me. But we they start having tons of children, and depending on the government to support them, thats comiing out of our tax dollars. Also, recently we have illegals spilling across the borders that participate in organized crimes and have ties to drug cartels....

To work in the United States of America an alien is required by law to have authorization. The Alien may file form I-765 to obtain work authorization. With the EAD card in hand he or she may go to the Social security Administration to obtain a SS number and card. Otherwise the employee may be sponsored by a family member or by an employer who is able to demonstrate an extra-ordinary need for an employee and demonstrates through the Department of Labor that he/she/it cannot find an able bodied legal person. This route often takes quite a few years.
The EAD route is very difficult, too.
Without either the alien is not entitled to work in the U.S.A.
One should comply with that (those) law(s).
To do otherwise the alien is violating federal and state law subject to fines, incarceration or removal from the United States.
Did you ask a joke question or are you serious?

No.
Just because folks work hard, doesn't make it OK to break the law and then get special treatment ...unless it is to be put in jail.
Do the legal immigration thing within the law.
I would say, I would be for worker programs but there needs to be someone who pays for their health care and for any damage they may do while they are here. Perhaps a sponsor?

No. I think they should come legally. We have limits to protect services like our schools from being ruined, and they ignore that. That ruins our children's education. They also make wages lower for all of our workers. They shouldn't be here unless we say they can come and many others are first in line.

No I don't think it is ok to be in our country illegally! I came in the front door from Canada. What makes you think you can come in the back door and get special treatment? Go back to Mexico or Cuba and try to come into the U.S. through the front door!!! You don't belong here in the U.S.! You came in through my window uninvited and expect me to feed you and your children and to pay you on top of that? You expect me to be ok with this 5 years from now? I don't think so! You want hand outs? Go ask your native country. We are fresh out of handouts!! If I can become American legally, so can you! By the way, learn the language before you apply! Maybe our politicians need a lesson on this. I'm tired of pressing 1 for English!

No I do not, they circumvented the laws by being here illegally.
They need to come here via the legal routes or not at all.
Why do you think they deserve a reward for being illegal ?

As long as the gov places non realistic rules and time frames on applications you are always going to have people coming here and working illegaly.
Cuurent time frame for an application is 12-17 years.
What would you do?

No...absolutely not.
Why is it so hard for pro-illegals to understand the rule of law and the rule of fairness. There are people all over the glove who want to come here but are handicapped by geography...meaning they cannot sneak over the border.
Again...no.

No. The Mexican government treats our LEGAL immigrants like crap in Mexico. They have no rights against discrimination, job opportunities. They can't participate in meetings against the Mexican Government. They can't be clergy, police, or anything of authority. Neither can they EVER vote or participate in anything political, like running for office.
How are we supposed to treat their ILLEGAL immigrants?
