How about a game of hide and seek? How about some holiday coloring pages (here's a link to ones that I made: http://www.sonomamothersclub.org/ColoringPages/ ) or play make believe with dolls? There are some awesome online games that you could help her play - like www.sesamestreet.com, nickjr.com, noggin.com to name a few. My 3 year old is a personality explosion and these are the things that she likes to do.
Peace!

The only Nick idea I have is for Dora:
Does she know "Dora the explorer?" Create a Dora game for her---- decide what your goal is. say it is getting a doll from her bed. Then get some paper and pencil and draw three things in the house between you and the bed. "Chair" "Stairs" "Doorway".
tell her "map" says to go PAST the chair, UP the stairs and THROUGH the doorway to get dolly. have her repeat the three things and then follow the map to the doll. Let the kid lead you here unless you have seen Dora.
Maybe the girl would like to make her own map???Dora is fun---probably some stuff on the Nick website.
If that fails---here are some other ideas:
"Simon Says" is always good :)
If she knows colors, try "I spy" where you pick a color and she has to find something in that color in the room.
does she have any crayons? paper/ coloring books?
A favorite book you can read to her?
Playdoh is a great boredom-buster for a 3.
Do you have any plastic storage containers? like Tupperware? get some out and some spoons and pretend to make food in them. She can stir and "make " stuff with you. ask her what she wants to eat/talk about favorite foods.
Good luck!

Hi,
I'm babysitting my 3 yr. old niece and she like Nickelodeon as well. She LOVES Mr.Meaty!!! Before my sister got here with her, I went to CVS and got some SpongeBob coloring books. She hasn't said a word since I handed her that coloring book and 64 pack of crayons. I said "Mischa, would you like smething to eat?" She said: "No, Uncle Mike,I'm busy." I said "Well, do you wanna watch Nickelodeon?" She said "YEAH! LET'S WATCH SPONGEBOB!!!!" Then I snuck the Crayons and coloring book away from where she was sitting and her eyes never left the T.V so I didn't have to worry about her being mad about her coloring book and crayons being missing. Right now, she's watching "Full House". It doesn't matter what the show is as long as it's on Nick or Nick @ Nite, she's watchin it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about playing 'old-fashioned' games like "Hide and Seek" or "Mother May I"? You can do lots of fun things other than watch TV. I know it's hard to steer them in other directions sometimes, especially at that age.:)
But kids feed off of your enthusiasm and if you say, 'there's this really COOL game that I used to play when I was your age' then they will more than likely be interested. Grab their attention and act like a kid. Get down on the floor and on her level.
You will probably have more fun than she!
What about Play-doh? Or if she's a girl-y girl, maybe you could play Beauty Shop and let her do your hair and makeup! You could make simple things like dried-pasta jewelry using uncooked pasta and yarn.
Let your imagination run wild and be silly.
Good luck and have fun. You're a nice aunt to be so interested in having fun activities planned for your neice!

Take her to a community park and play together with her. All young little ones like that. If she gets bored with that, watch a dora action picture or an episode. Then dance together with her. She is 3 and likes to go around. you have been at that age as quickly as. Take a walk too in case you may and whether it is not too a tactics. maximum critically, have exciting together with her, smile each and all of the time be happy.

Does that mean she likes Dora? try a Dora tea party maybe.. just invent your own, invite Dora if she has a Dora doll. Maybe play mail man, write, or scribble pictures, and stuff them into envelopes, make a little box out of an old box, and have one each.. then pretend to be a mail carrier dropping mail off to her.. kids love getting mail. You could play lots of games, play store, play house, make crafts.. kids love crafts.. she could make a collage of all her favourite t.v show's, you can also print colouring pages off the internet of some of her favourite characters. Have fun and enjoy using your imagination..

My three yr old loves to color, she likes dress-up, and dancing like a ballerina. She loves playing with play dough, preschool age puzzles, and sing silly songs. Play dough would probably be her favorite. Those are all things you can do together. She likes to get out the pots, pans, spatulas, and spoons...she pretends to cook me supper. (she may also want to be a drummer instead of a chef, don't be suprised.)Quiz her on shapes, colors, numbers, letters. My daughter loves this, too. Tell them how smart they are. They love that. Hope this helps.
