Boiled Eggs arn't as fattening as it may seem but they can be. Eggs are loaded with Cholesterol. If you want to have the nutritional value while eating a boiled egg, try eating only the whites of them and not the yoke. That's where you'll find most of the fat and Cholesterol at. Eggs are actually very healthy for you and enjoy!

food as only fattening if you eat too much of them. so yes, you can eat fatty foods all day long and if you burn more calories than you consume, you won't gain any weight. but you wouldn't be too healthy.
eggs, however, are very healthy, especially when boiled. the whites and yolk contain different nutrients, so it just depends on what you want. if you're trying to lose weight, i suppose you can just eat the whites. and then you can make some flan or a souffle with the yolks and give them to people. then they will be very happy. :)
but because of the cholesterol, try to eat only one egg a day, and if you have a strong egg craving, then two, but no more than that.

Whilst the Yolk of an egg is fatty, it has never been proven that Eggs do increase your Cholesterol. Also, all forms of protein derived from an animal is 50% fat and 50% energy. I personally wouldn't eat more than two eggs a day four times a week.

an egg has about 80 calories, and 60 of those calories are in the yolk. the whites are not fattening at all, so eat all you want.

I suppose if you eat alot of them but thats like anything, you shoudn't eat more than say 4 a week cause they're so rich in nutrients and it could raise your blood cholesterol, but they are extremely nutritious and a cheap food and they taste so good!

There is fat/cholesterol in egg YOLKS.
Eggs which are not fried/scrambled do not have many calories, though.
