You need a product that has hydroquinone in it. The best is Obagi's Blending Cream. Unfortunately, you can only get it from a dermatologist or med-spa. If you blend the blending cream with Retin-A then you can fade anything. It really works great but be sure and hydrate as well because the treatment is quite drying to the skin.

i use a combination of Aveda's brightening essence cream product every night after I have washed my face. And I also use Murad's Age Spot & Pigment Lightening Gel. They take a while, but eventually work on my acne scars. I tend to find the murad product more harsh on my face and generally only use it on scars elsewhere.

proactive let me tell you it does not work so dont even waste your money i use noxzema it works i leave it on intill it drys and then i wash it off then i mix baking soda and tooth paste and water and mix that and put it on 4 like .......... 30 sec. then wash it off and now i dont have 2 use it........... if you have a couple zits put toothpaste on it at night it drys it out
