okay, well i like this guy, and he said he liked me, and long story short, he went to the dance with some other girl, when i could have sworn he would have taken me.

Im in the same situation...plus I might actually be pregnant which makes it worse. Just give it some time, cut off contact with him and hang out with your friends as much as you can. Keep yourself busy so you dont think about him but if u feel like cryin then cry, u need to let it out.

The first thing I do, is wallow. because 1) you're going to anyway and 2) if you don' t wallow now, it'll hit you badly later. Then, I have a sleep over (no matter how old you are, it's always good to have your friends all to yourself for a night or two) but if you feel more like you want to be alone, be alone. But not for too long. You gotta connect with the world again sometime. One of the worst things you can do is 'put yourself out there again'. Unless, there's someone that takes interest in you. As for the second question, a guy likes you when he tells you specific things about his life without realizing it. I remember, when a guy liked me awhile ago, he told me about his house, well three houses. He said, 'two are houses, ones a home.' And if you want to let him know that you're interested, casually let him know that you remember those little things he tells you. He'll love to know that you listened to him.

you are exactly like me well i liked this guy a whole ton but i could never forget about him now i decided to meet lot's of new guys and finally i met another one that i like that is every thing i was lookin for.
so the best advice to give you is to meet more people try to go out more and have fun.

You need to find something to take up the time that you gave to him. You need something to fill that void. Make a new friend or join a club, or volunteer your time some where. Before you know it, he will be out of your every thought.

You focus your interests elsewhere. Stop looking for a "guy" and concentrate on school, hobbies, sports.
