I'm 5'3 or 5'4 can recall and i'm 21 years old. I weight 100 pounds maybe less, no people I'm not anorexic. I eat the same food and in the same quantity as my family and I don't gain weight. Why? I don't know. What can I do without damaging my health?

The answer to this is actually a surprising one. You can't do it with just eating more. Your metabolism will just burn it up, and if you do gain it that way, you'll just lose it again. The best way to gain weight when you are skinny and have a high metabolism is the same way that an overweight person with a low metabolism does to lose it. You have to eat a BALANCED diet and exercise about 20 minutes six days a week. I know this concept contridicts everything everyone tells you, but the point of this is to gain MUSCLE MASS and not fat weight. MUSCLE MASS weighs more than fat, so you will be your HEALTHLY wieght and look better than you would with 10 extra fat pounds. This will not bulk you up, just sculpt you. It'll also be easier to keep this weight on.

I've known plenty of people who are really skinny and have a high metabolism just like you and when they didn't eat right and exercise they would lose wieght and start to look like they were sick. When they starting eating right and working out, they gained weight and looked great.

You have to eat a balance good carbs and high proteins. Check out the "Body for Life" program by Bill Phillips, this will help teach you the best balance of nutrients you need to reach your healthy weight and the foods in his program are REALLY good. Things like Zesty Italian Chicken, Pot Roast, Steak and Baked Potatoe. Really good foods that are good for you. Maybe get Bill Phillips book "Eating for Life" it has really great recipes in it. I would suggest it to anyone. The point of his book is to teach people what foods to eat to reach thier correct weight, whether they need to gain or lose.

I hope this helps. Good luck to you.

Eat carbs..like spaghetti and pasta. They make you gain weight but not in a "bad way" because they're good for you

The rule in gaining weight is "eat more calories than you burn." So just eat more.
