In school, all my teachers, and friends, and even my parents are so worried about my weight (81 pounds, 5"3). They stand over me, and make sure I eat lunch, and snack, and sometimes, I'm just not hungry. All my friends always ask me are you anorexic?, and they pick me up and tell me I must weigh like 2 pounds, it gets really annoying. How can I tell them to back off, but nicely?

Well, it may not be fair, but you are lucky that you have people that care about you and are trying to look after your wellbeing. You may be annoyed, but 5' 3" at 81 pounds are not normal dimensions. For years I was the same height and 120 lbs. and I got harrassed by people who cared about me because they thought I looked too thin.
I don't know how old you are, but you are never too young or old to take care of your health. Make sure you eat healthy even if you don't eat much. Please take care of yourself. Don't get upset at people who are trying to make sure you are nourished. They aren't trying to make you feel uncomfortable, they are worried about you.

ok well... 81 pounds for a 5'3" person is kind of light...
i can tell what your saying about people being annoying because they are always telling you your light, and anorexic and stuff... but maybe you should try and gain some weight... just because your not hungry doesn't mean you actually not hungry... try staying on a steady diet, eggs in the morning, a sandwich or salad at lunch, steak, or meat at dinner... talk to your doctor... because 81 pounds is not healthy whether you think your naturally like that or not

Have you always been small? What about your parents? Are they small? Have you lost weight. It seems like they think you have a problem with your weight being so low. If you didn't have some problem and have been like this all your life I don't think your Mom would be worried because she would know that this is normal for you. 81 pounds is low for somebody 5'3" in most instances, that is why I would need to know your background.
II would ask your mom to take you to the doctor and discuss the situation and the doctor could tell her if you are healthy or malnourished. But I am wondering myself if you have an anorexia problem and why every one is this concerned if there is nothing wrong.

Well, have you always been small, or did you just recently get down to that weight? If it's recent, there's a reason they're worried, because that's not healthy. Even if you have a small frame, you're at least 30 pounds underweight.
If you've always been like this, I guess you could just let people know that it hurts your feelings, that it's just as intrusive and rude as telling someone they're fat, and that you are not sick, just small. Keep saying it until they get the message. It might take a while.

it must be annoying having people always look over your shoulder, but they are worried about you. and if you are eating why do you care if they are watching you?...you are eating right? Plus...you are really skinny, but then again i dont know how your body is built. Im 5'5 and arround 95 pounds, and people think that is skinny. Just tell your friends, im not anorexic and i really dont like when people say that- its a serious matter, and people shouldnt joke about it

my best friend is only about 5'5 and 100 lb and we know that she isn't anorexic because here little sister is really skinny also but also because she is always complaining about being too skinny she hates it. So when your around your friends just say something like "I'm so skinny i wish i could gain weight" this way you don't have to face them directly they will know that you know your skinny and they will stop worrying and asking.

this is very annoying, i have the same problem growing up, everyone thought i was sick and i wasnt! its called a high metabolism, and if you really are just super thin and healthy, suggest a doctors visit to ur parents. i think blood tests and health check could confirm u arent missing vital nutrients or anything from starving urself. and if that doesnt shut them up, good luck.
