I need one that has a pretty long zoom and one that takes good action shots..my son is into alot of sports.

I have the Casio EX-S500 and it is apprx. $250.00. The zoom is 3x and that is pretty standard around that price range. It's very small (apprx. 1/4 inch thick) and has a sports best shot option. I got a Kodak easy share c875 for about $200. I wanted to spend around $250, but this camera has everything I really wanted. 8 mega pixels, 5x optical zoom, and 5x digital zoom. I got it to take pictures of my baby, and they are coming out awesome! I would really recommend this.
