Most are. Something like 75-80% I think. If a breast cancer is ER or PR positive (grows in response to estrogen or progesterone), it is responsive to hormonal therapy (anti-estrogen or aromatase inhibitors). If it is ER/PR negative, this is usually a bad sign, the cancer is usually more aggressive.
