If you aren't already eating a healthy diet than I suggest you do that and that will get you better and faster results combined with excersice.
One thing I will definately say will help you because it helped me is working out your ab stabilizers. Most people do crunches, leg raises and other forms of direct ab. excersises. Most common ab work outs barely touch the stabilizers.
Ab. stabilzing workouts are very low impact and very low resistant. The biggest thing with ab. stabilizing workouts is (most are counted with time rather than reps.). One stabilizing work it basically to lay on your back with your knees up and feet on the ground about a little less than shoulder width apart.Than push your pelvis into the floor while holding a tight squeeze on your mid section. Hold for about 30 seconds or a minute if you like than release. Repeat this about three times and make sure to concentrate on squeezing your abs while pushing down to the floor each time.
There are other excersises out there. You can look them up, just look for neutral position excersises.
Good luck

do sit ups n crunches and do them in sets of 25 four times a day and don't drink any beer if u r a beer drinker.when u do your sit ups either hold your stomach in or put something heavy on your tummy n another way is by using the ball u know the one u have seen at walmart n in the infomercials well they have been proven to work.Good luck n with some extra hard work your tummy will shrink do it till u feel pain then u know it's working.oh ya u can also do the on where u have your legs straight up in the air while laying on your back n touch your toes and make sure u do left hand to right toe and right hand to left toe and then just straight up that way you r working all the muscles in your stomach ok that's it bye 4 now n have a great NEW YEAR.

cut out all refined sugar from your diet. This is VERY hard to do with all the processed foods out there, but trust me, you will have a cut stomach in about a month.

Diet is the key. Excersize will just tone the muscles under your fat. Cardio can increase your metabolism but really concentrate on diet.

Make sure you are watching what you eat, because sometimes hidden sugars are the culprits of weight loss.

NOTHING! but lose weight until you lose it from your stomach. i have said this so many times, THE BODY WILL NEVER LOOSES WEIGHT FROM A SPESIFIC AREA DUE WHAT YOU DO TO IT, IT LOOSES CERTAIN AREAS OF YOUR BODY DUE TO YOUR GENENTIC MAKEUP.

if you've lost the fat, it may be loose abdominal muscles, do some crunches or core exercises to tighten them.
