Today, car companines face difficult decisions. federal clean air laws require a certain number of vehicles produced each year to have low emissions. what they have created is the hybrid gass/electric engine.

(in humans it's also known as flatulence) .
in this syntax it means d. polluting gasses.(phewww!!!)
