You already have so asking if it is wrong or not is pointless.
As for telling your friend I do not know. It is very likely she will find out soon anyway.

Well how would you feel if you reversed it and she did what you did? You have to ask yourself that. In my opinion it wasn't right because she will be hurt if she doesn't find out from you. What if he tells his friends and it gets back to her and you didn't tell her? That would hurt me.......so think about it and make the right decision
