I've been watching my diet lately and I know for a fact that I'm supposed to consume 1500 calories a day to stay healthy. I'm 15, 83.6 pounds, and am five feet tall, recovering from what my family members believe to have been anorexia. If I ate two almonds, how many calories do you think that was worth? I ate about a cup and half of white rice with lentils and cup of skim milk so far today. Am I doing fine?

No you are not doing fine. Why is it you people with these eating disorders don't want to believe the people who love you most when they tell you you have a serious problem? You are playing games with your health and life for a little vanity. Here is a secret, men don't like bony women. Eat well. Exercise well. Work hard. Play hard. Rest. Live like a normal person and stop the obsession with being a rail.

HEEEE, srry im 5"3 13and 95 lb and thought i was kinda thin looking, i eat more then you..................like ALOT more well Eff me i had like 2 cups of it with my dinner along with ribs.....nothing happened to me but its mostly healthy and a little bit of the yum yum. You can eat anythin as long as you exercise. I kinda had the same proublem but not really i never had eating disorders i ate everything but during the summer i was 86lb cause i played lots of sports now im glad i gained i got some cute curves anyways you should eat more then that and exercise at least 1 hour a day and you"d be slim in a healthy way!!!!!! well good luck

you probably need to add some veggies and meats to your diet. Also being that small you could probably eat more calories and be fine. At 15 your body is still grow and youi need to eat.If you truelly have/had anorexia it will be hard but if you dont get a handle on it now you may hurt your body to the point that in the future your organs could fail and you would die.

anorexia is a simple answer, your body naturally feels the need to eat when it is hungery, eat when you are hungery, you will never have a weight pronlem if you only eat when you are hungery and never more when you are not. it is a natural instinct to eat, you are either lieing if you say you are not hungry or are in some kind of deppression which suppresses eating.

hey atleast your eating something but you need to gain atleast 17 lbs if not more im a recoveriing anorexia tooooo get help
