I cant vouch for that particular model, but aiptek sucks. I know, because I owned (and still own) an aiptek (I got it as a gift. So now you know what NOT to give people). If you like flash memory, you might as well get a decent digital camera with VGA recording, youll get better stills at least. If you want better video, get a DVD cam (ease of use), or minidv (easier to edit, more creative). Hope this helps!

Nice Camera for the price. You need an AIPTEK IS-DV battery charger cradle, to plug the battery into. Did you know that you can use "MediaConverter" to upload ASF movies into the IS-DV, thus watching real movies on it?
