be a bodybuilder and have big muscles or a weightlifter and have smaller muscles but be stronger and why?

While I think how a woman likes a man to look is a personal thing, I prefer the smaller muscles. Bodybuilders look unnatural and, as they age, if they don't keep up with the rigorous exercise routine, they look hideous! Also, seeing an elderly man with extreme muscles makes him look like a cartoon caricature. I think there is a lot to be said for those that have smaller muscles that hide a deep male strength.
