It sure does! I have used it. If you want to keep your skin blemish free, you need to keep it very clean. Other factors that are internal (hormones, stress, presence of various micro-organisms) can also influence this, but your topical regime matters also.
You need to be sure to exfoliate your outermost layer (epidermis), and you really shouldn't touch your face with your hands. Having a good, consistent skin care routine will help you keep your skin as free of blemishes as possible. I have used that product before, and it is excellent if you have an oily skin type, which I do. The agents in that product that clear your pores tare somewhat astringent in nature, so they may be excessive for a person with dry skin, so look out for that if your skin is dry.
Because it can take some time to really see how well a product works for you, I would recommend starting off with a basic cleanser like that one and then using it consistently until you have run out of it. If you are satisfied, keep buying it. It can be too hard to tell how effective a product is if you are using several--which is why I recommend starting off with a cleanser. If you need a moisturizer, use one that is oil-free. I recommend the following course of action: try to get the results you want using the fewest number of products possible, so that you will know which ones will really work for you.

It works for some people and not for others. If your acne is a major problem you should consult your dermatologist.

It NEVER did for me! For some reason it always dried my face up, but never cleared the problems up!!! I now use Exuviance (you can buy it in the major dept. stores) and it ROCKS!!!!! Good luck to you! You may also try seeing a doc for an oral fix! They are mainly hormonal problems. :)

If you want a quick fix, I say Proactiv.

It lasts. And works much better, but costs.
