i certainly think that's enough unless you want to starve yourself! LOL. P.S. drink a lot of water
This is what "cash flow" suggested for me: (sounds gross, I know).
1. Drink 1-2 tblespoons of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!(twice daily) this kind of vinegar helps your body burn fat! look it up. (its all over the web)
2. Drink Green Tea. Perferably in the Morning and Evening. This also burns fat by increasing your matabalism. look it up (its all over the web)
3. For breakfast eat = half a grapefruit! grapefruit is great for you and it takes more energy to digest than most fruits. Guess what that means? your body burns more fat!
4. If your really serious take a small amount of water and mix 1/2 teaspoon of CAYENNE Pepper (or more) and swallow that really fast. Chilli Pepper works too. Its not that hot and if you swallow it fast only the back of your throat will burn a little. These peppers make your matabolism go really fast NATURALLY!
5. Pick 3 of the ab workouts from this site http://www.shapefit.com/workout-routines...
do 1 of set in the morning of each (after eating your grapefruit and tea) do 3 sets of each, every night! (or more)
6. Walking will help ALOT! walk to your friends house, to the park, around the corner, take your dog on a walk, walk around your house a couple of times, SOMETHING!
7. While watching your favorite tv show do jumping jacks. Youll be so into the show you wont even realize your doing jacks! Take a break during 2 or 3 commercials. Before you start Drink a BIG cup of water. After you finish drink 2 big cups of water in 30 mins.
8. Drink at least half a gallon of water a day.
9. Eat less. Eat healthy. NO SUGAR. (or very very littile of it)
10. Dont weigh yourself. You will have alot of water weight so the scale might not be accurate. Just pinch the fat on your stomach. Notice how much you pinch. Pinch your fat everynight. after a coule of weeks notice how you will start to pinch less and less!
Good Luck!

I think you need to eat more than 1,500 calories a day -- especially if you're going to exercising a lot.
Do cardiovascular exercise -- running, walking, rollerblading, whatever -- for at least 30 to 45 minutes FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.
That's when your body is at peak fat-burning and weight-loss mode.
You can do weights at night. Not too heavy, or else you'll pack on muscle and gain weight. Lighter weights with higher reps per set is what you need.
Eat big breakfasts, but lighter lunches and even lighter dinners.
Try not to lose the weight too fast. It's much healthier to lose it gradually.
A friend of mine once lost a lot of weight very quickly by only eating 1,000 calories a day -- then ended up in the hospital. Shortly after that, he ended up just packing all the weight right back on.
I don't mean to scare you. It's just that radically reducing calories and losing weight too fast is dangerous. You'll just end up putting it right back on too.

Yeah the way you are planning sounds really godo but i do not think it will happen totally fast that way. I mean weight loss happened at a pretty slow pace unless you are like barely eatting and that is not good. Dieting is a life style change not just a few month thing so if you wanna loose the weight for good just stick to that and eventually you will have and maintain your ideal body.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The whole concept of losing weight is based on using more calories than you take in. A lot of fad diets and medications designed to help you lose weight do so in unhealthy ways, usually by removing water weight which you'll just gain back shortly after you stop. If you're aiming to lose fat, a solid diet, based on your basal metabolic rate and daily activity level, and CARDIO exercise will help you drop it. A good regiment when faithfully performed will help you lose an average of 1 pound a week. For details on your metabolic rates and how much you should exercise, I recommend seeking the advice of a personal trainer.

going to give you some info that im not sure is going to help but i lost 40 pounds in about 4 months with no effort..To tell you the truth a lot of exercise makes me even more hungry..By the way its not only me that lost my wife lost 30 pounds.. We started by just cutting the amount of calories..We ate a light breakfast of piece of toast with butter and a banana and then ate a decent dinner..At first during the day we would grab a can of tuna and eat it with a few crackers with a pickle to enhance the tuna.. no mayo or nothing over the weeks we cut out breads ,and i love bread and then eventually only really found ourselves with wanting to meals a day evening and breakfast .We dont eat any sugar at all ,just diet drinks and equal in our coffee or anything we want to sweeten. if we get just super hungry we get a beef hot dog with no bread and wrap it in cheese. Its easy to digest and no carbs..if you really think about what i have written here you are cutting your intake really fast and also the carbs are killer calories.. As time goes on you find you dont get hungry that much it takes less to fill you up and you dont want for snacks.I ate a donut the other night and the sugar made me sick.I think my system has adjusted to where it doesnt want the sweets anymore. Our weight has stablilized now .. freaking me out.Never been this small in my life but the doctors are super happy saying its great for heart and blood pressure and I have looked at charts for my weight and according to every chart im perfect but just not used to being small..Anyway i get hungry but not that hungry and i exercise now since i have to firm up but i dont want the additional calories anymore ..it works ..but its not like im going to publish it we werent trying to lose we just did..

I have been working really hard to get a lean body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the great body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 15 pounds and 17 inches, 3 inches from my waist! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. I found out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it is worth it! You can also get it at this website

Sorry, there is no way you can lose weight fast & safely. Exercise & diet are the only way to lose it. Diet doesn't just mean cutting calories, it also means what & how much. Good luck
