Wow I would like to get to know you after you do that! Sexy. Yes you can do that. You have to do a lot of abdominal work, stretchy exercises that tone & exercise the muscles in your lower trunk, waist. Keep you stomach sucked in and your posture upright. You want big legs & butt, not muscular ones right? Of course nature will help you take care of that, because women tend toward that. Just keep working the waist & upper body. Good luck cutie!

Yes I think so. Dancing is a good why to tone your body. By toning your body it will make your stomach look slimmer and also make your bum and legs look better too. The muscle will make the butt and legs thicker.

Go to gym and get a trainer to show you weight lifting and teach you about diet. Your diet is the key to everything about your physique. (figure) Weights help build and tone your muscle and eating protein builds muscle. So you can build in your legs and and back side and tone your stomach. I promise I did it for years and need to start back. I had someone teach me and I saw how eating right and exercising makes a difference. If you can't afford trainer get on line and read read read. Also drink water and no soft drinks. Once you get used to eating right and you start seeing results it makes it easy and you'll love it!!

In general, no. You have no control of the pattern of fat distribution of your body. All you can control is muscle mass. So if you build up muscles where you want to be bigger, it will get you closer to what you want to achieve. Just so you know, when you start working out, generally the first thing you loose is a cup size off your chest, you body will give up that disposable fat first.
