I use a cucumber toner from Bath & Body Works that makes it feel less tight and dry, but it's still somewhat flaky; even after using an exfoliating scrub or mask. I sometimes use proactiv but lately use cream cleansers from Neutrogena. I can't find a foundation that I can use with my skin without it looking blotchy because of my flaky skin, no matter what I do; I also need one that's light, because it tends to make my face oilier and more susceptive to breakouts. Any advice?

Don't' put so much crap on your face. You have to let it heal. Wash your face gently 2 times a day. I'm guess you try and scrub off the dry skin... that just makes things worse.

You need to pick up bare minerals. You need a toner like the one that Proactiv offers to balance your PH then find a light weight moisturizer with no alcohol content. Good luck.

Don't use soap on your face. Use "Noxema" skin cream, wear some under your make-up. My friend does that and has beautiful skin. Unless its inherited.
