Talk to her about this. Get her help if it seems necessary. Maybe she just needs a break from her 5 kids and husband for an afternoon, take her out shopping and for a coffee, of course you gotto arrange with a nanny and her husband staying home with the kids that day.

What are saying here? are you saying she is ill? If so then have your mom talk to her and see what is going on with her. or if you
are old enough and if you can spend time with her then save up
and go to her or ask your parents for some help and getting some money to get to her so you can see for yourself. This way
you can spend quality time with your sister and her family. There
should be no harm in that, the only problem there is going to be is the money part on getting you there. So all you have to do is
talk to your parents they should understand. After all she is family
even if they can't make it at least you can. This will ease your
mind on a lots of things, like her health and other things. What
you can do is get permission from your parents and see if you
can call her up and talk to her on the phone. If not write her a
letter and keep in touch with her that way it is cheaper. I wish you
luck.

Is it possible for you to go see her? And if you did, what can you do? Have you asked her husband if he has noticed anything different about his wife? Is this any history of mental illness in the family? How reliable is this person? Could she have been over tired? There are many question I would ask myself before I would assume she has a mental illness. Good Luck. You need more information for yourself.

This sounds like a sychotic episode and she needs to get some help!!
Is there any family out there that you can call? What dose her husband think of this?
Has she been to see a doctor? If this is something that has just started out of the blue she really needs to get some help.
Would you consider calling her back and asking her to go to the ER?
I think that might be best. Please notify someone in her area, you could always call your local police and see what the recommend.
This is a very touchy situation, Mental illness. If something bad happens to her someone need to know what she is going through in her mind. This is VERY important because we dont see or hear what she dose. Please reach out and help her!
Good luck

Your question doesn't exactly make sense. I suggest you mind your own business and get on with your own life. If she is 38 there isn't much you can do. She is married so it is up to her husband to see to it she gets help if in fact, that is what she needs.

Maybe she should get her own TV show and save 10 of 1000's of people.

God doesn't say terrible things to people. Without being qualified to make a diagnosis, if she's hearing things (auditory hallucinations) she needs to probably be on medication. You need to talk to her husband...let him know that you were told she's hearing things, perhaps he can facilitate her getting help, but its up to YOUR SISTER to get help.
