You're committing a crime. Although the chances of it actually getting prosecuted are slim. He is legally an adult and you are still legally a child. This is called statutory rape. Even if it's consensual, in the eyes of the law it doesn't matter. But I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Legally, yes. Morally, not at all.
This is one of the many reasons why I think there should be a new law devised. A senior in high school dating a sophmore shouldn't be illegal.
