I was told a few days ago by my doctor that I have anemia. She just told my mom that my body have enough iron??Should I be worried?

You end up easily tired, pale, short of breath, having problems concentrating or staying awake, fast heart rate, etc.

I wouldn't be too worried since many people, especially girls, have it and it can be sorted out with a proper diet and iron tablets/sachets (see if your mother can get these sachets of iron water, which are easier on the stomach than iron tablets).

no, you do not need to be worried.
yes, you need to be proactive in resolving the anemia.

you need to up your intake of iron and vitamin B12-consult a nutritionist and/or your doctor.

you will be tired and more prone to illness if you let it continue, and your body simply will not function as well.

eat well and exercise...you'll get better.

Fatigue...take the iron prescribed by the doc.

pica which means you crave ice, starch and basically anyhing that isn't from the four food groups!
