I am sorry to say, that there is no available software that can help you with rawly copying and printing film, but there is another solution. What you can do, is go to any local CVS or Walgreen's, or etc . . . and go to their photo department. What they can do, is that they can transfer some film strip pictures onto a CD that you can put into your computer, and use a photo printer (or regular inkjet or color laser printer) to print out. You can ask for develop only and burn to CD, but the photo processor will still see the pictures, if that is what you are worried about.
You could go whole hog and set up a home darkroom with c-41 chemistry and develop the negatives yourself.

specific it is going to easily had the comparable issue-- digicam exchange into 6 months to a 12 months on account that used and the movie couldnot discover the photos so a waste of 12 funds except walgreens do they and for me it exchange into no charge because of the fact i gave them the non prints
