well answer her question but dont' go into details about it. Just say that grown ups when they care for someone kiss them they also hug too. And they only do this if they really care for someone ( that way as she grows up she doesnt' think its okay to kiss everyone but only someone she really likes when she's muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh older.)

just tell her. she is curious so let her know what she wants to know. If you want to act like a big brother tell her that she should wait until she finds the right person...etc.
