If this was an unbroken chain of events then yes, you are responsible for all damages as a result of your hitting that first parked car.

Unfortunately yes. The direct cause of the second hit was due to your cars impact. So you would be repsonsible for those damages as well.

Legally, you may get out of being liable for the damage to the second car if you can prove that the cause of the second car's damage was due to the first car's driver's negligence in not applying the parking brake. You can perhaps try to argue that before the police make their report.

yes,you would be held responsible for it,,they would say since it was your accident that set off this chain of events,,that caused all of this,they would hold you responsible for all of it,the laws concerning accidents are kind of weird in certain ways,they can go for you sometimes or against you,,my luck they always go against me,,good luck hope this help,s.,,happy new years.
