False. The in-fa-red light or red light bulbs have nothing to do with anyones growth. The only thing that affects your growth is your eating habits and heredity.

well false.
but you should cover all lights while you sleep because light coming in through windows, and night lights/alarm clocks whatever-it couls possibly cause cancer later in life.
dont risk it-im not being paranoid.
just throw a towel/shirt over an alarm clock. you will also get a better sleep.

True--ha ha, most everyone is wrong!! Not sleeping in total darkness can affect your pineal gland inside your brain which can affect other hormones which could in turn affect your growth if you're not sleeping properly etc.
