I didn't think there were still "Blue Laws." But then I live in regular old cosmopolitan Pennsylvania, which is considered a Blue State. Most of them must be in the Red States, where the fake Christians still rule. But wait, none of this makes any sense, does it.

Laws are not enacted by Christians. Laws in the United States are enacted by leaders elected by the majority. The majority of voters feel that there should be controls on such things as drinking establishments and adult businesses. If that were not the case, these laws would have been overturned.

so democracy does not work whats new. many are christians they share a belief which in this case is not scriptural, and they vote so blue laws are what you get. Liberals vote and in places that means they get to be married which some disagree with. That is is democracy not christianity, and sorry to say not scriptural.

Laws pass when they are voted for by the majority of a governing body. Remember? That's not imposition, that's a representative form of government called..... A constitutional republic. In case you missed it, that's what we are.

Didn't those go away in the early 70's? I've not encountered anything that I couldn't buy or get on a Sunday during my adult life.
