ok father has physcial custody - and is calling all the shots -- I am not allowed to have any kind of contact with my children

depending on the situation, if the non custodial parent hasn't abused the children or done anything questionable so far as drug use, mental stability etc, then the parent has the right to see the children. However, if the custodial parent isn't allowing access, then first option you can try is contact your local community legal centre/legal aid and they can try to mediate this, if this fails, then you will have to make an application for visitation through the courts.

Totally depends on the situation, but normally, all parents have the right to spend time with their children unless they present some kind of threat or are cracked out on drugs!

not sure what the question is but here goes..........if the non costodial parent wants to visit with the child, what is the prob? if the parent is fit and has no past history of abuse or drug use. let the visit happen if there is drugsor abuse in the past ask for supervised visits!!

they dont get any rights to punish or raise up the child the child has the rights to press charges if they do belt them or anything like that nor do they really get to boss them around
