I know everyone asks this question, but I've never gotten a straight answer. How much do looks matter in a relationship? I mean, I know that they matter when you first meet someone but if you aren't in the best shape do guys just ignore you? Also, why do guys like really confident girls? And if you aren't, what can you do to act like you think you're hot?

Both but personality is more important. If a guy is dorky looking a good personality will make him look good.

Looks matter somewhat yes, but I'm a plump girl myself and I havent had trouble getting a guy. Just believe in yourself and dress as in clothes that make you feel sexy. And anybody can be confident all you have to do is try, when you see a guy you like just walk up to him, The worst case sceaniro is the guy won't be interested and then you just move onto the next guy.

It goes in that order. People usually mean someone from looks and then actually get to know them and like them from personality. Talking and personality are the most important thing in a relationship and it cant be overcome by looks.

Just be yourself. No one expects anyone to change...well that isn't true is it? Okay--just be yourself. I am sure you are attractive and are just paranoid because your friend gets more attention from guys than you do. No big deal! Better to be the girl they can take home to meet mom in the long run than the girl to just take home!
Most every guy wants to date a stripper but I don't know many men who would want a stripper to be the mother of their children or their life long partner in crime.

Well I have been overweight, but then i lost LOTS of weight and I have to say more men like me skinny, but they all say that im a wonderful person after they get to know me. As far as being confident about yourself, its hard but you can do it. Keep your head up, throw on some sexy panties or something and strut! if they dont like what you have to offer then they dont deserve to have you!

you should really look deeper than whats on the outside and they always say love is blind. and as for the acting confident, why not be if you don't think you are the number 1 who will?

i no ppl say that looks arent everythin...but they do play a big part...to get guys to think ur hot pretend like ur the hottest thing around...then maybe they'll stop thinkin u look like a butt-monkey n think ur pretty hot...
