Is It Me Or Am I Just Really Paranoid About Him?

theres this guy i like alot. and im pretty sure he likes me too. but like i get so scared. like every little thing counts. i mean if he looks at another girl or talks to another girl i think my life is over! lol. its killing me because he doesnt know how i feel. ive liked him for a year and keeping it locked up in me has done no good....i think its just making me super paranoid! lol. please help! how do i stop this. am i just being paranoid or does he really like other pple? idk. help! all answers will be taken seriously!
