Since you have Dish, you have in effect only the tuners from your Dish set-top box.
If it is a single tuner box, then you can only PIP of satellite vs any other input (DVD, VCR, ETC.)
If it is a dual tuner box, set it in dual TV mode and connect the 2d Tuner output to another port in your TV.
