Lots of folks don't drink, and some for very good reasons. W.C. Fields said you can't trust a man who doesn't drink, but I've found his philosophy has some holes in it. I wouldn't base my decision on liking someone solely on whether or not they imbibe.

I used to drink but do not anymore. It's been 5 years so far without a drop. I'm very proud of myself for that, and if you don't like me because I don't drink, then you didn't know me when I did . I'm a much better person now. In other words..... Yes, I do like people who don't drink!!

My mother has never had a drink in her own life and the most trustworthy!
I never heard that old saying, but personally...I don't trust alot of people while they are drinking!!!

I only drink on special occasions and that about it. I used to drink every weekend. I like people who drink or don't.

I don't drink so I guess you can make your own decisions. Lots of people trust me, I am very trustworthy. Again make your own decisions. I have trouble trusting people who are drinking.

I love my husband and he does not drink. I also trust him because his thinking is never impaired because of alcohol in his system.

MY dealer dont drink alcohol and i can trust him more than anyone else but honestly i like drinkers and nondrinkers the same as long as they never do me dirty i dont judge them for what they do in ther personal or private lives

It's a cute saying, but I do have friends who don't drink. One's a recovering alcoholic, another abstains for religious reasons. We get along fine.
Now, I don't like people who preach to me about drinking. They can just go do unmentionable things in a bad place. :)

drinking doesnot make u faithful and the old saying is wrong, some religions prohibit that to be on the right way and not to do any wrong, do not believe old saying, be reasonable and that will be true
